All inquiries: Contact the Event Secretary via [email protected] Phone assistance from nominate is available until 7pm weekdays on 09-9640 777 (including assistance with payment of entries). **** If you do not receive an invoice within 5-10 minutes of completing your entry, your entry is not complete or confirmed ==> you are not entered. If you leave/exit your entry before payment, your entry is not complete and you need to start again. Payment must be made at time of entry.**** NOTE: We are short of Fence Stewards due to several scratchings, if you/rider has put down they are supplying a Fence Steward please ensure you get one there for every entry you have marked this on. If they do not show we will enforce the #4 in the T&C of entry, which means the associated rider(s) will be pulled from the event whether they have started riding or not. We do no want to do this - so please ensure you have this sorted. It is critical we have enough Fence Stewards to start the event - let alone start it on time.
Results
Through the event, tests are available via your Rider sign in to Nominate. Go to Scoreboard for Live Scoring for 2023 TIP: Full Class Results are under Show Jumping, check missed fences under Fence Analysis. TIP: All queries on scoring must be in on the day within the ESNZ timeframes from Draft Results being published to be considered in formal event results. All inquiries: Contact the Event Secretary via [email protected] no phone calls please. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: 1. Event Entry Payment - Must be made at time of entry online. NOTE: no entries are deemed to be received unless paid in full. If you do not receive a confirmation email from Nominate within 10 minutes of completing your entry with Credit Card or via PayPal (for bank transfer) your entry is NOT RECEIVED - please complete another entry. 2. Riders enter the event realizing that all 3 phases may be running in view of the other phases at the same time (eg. while you are doing your dressage in the arena, horses may be on the Cross Country and Show Jump Courses or warming up for the same). 3. All rubbish must be removed from the grounds, this includes manure etc. from around your truck/float. 4. All entries (per Horse) must supply one named helper which can complete the task OR pay the ''No Helper Provided Donation''. Shared helpers (eg. across families or with multiple horses) must seek email approval for their tasks from [email protected]. Helpers not reporting on the day will result in a withdrawal of the associated rider entries (no ride and no refund if not remedied on the day of competition). 5. Overall Scores within Classes will be provided online. Dressage score sheets will be available online via Nominate, we encourage you to create an account when entering to receive your scores online. 6. The committee reserves the right to alter, delete or combine classes. Entry numbers are limited. Classes will be split based on numbers and then on age groups where practical. 7. Dressage is run and scored under the same rules as for ESNZ/NZPCA events. Ordinary Snaffle Bridle for Dressage. SJ is run and scored under the same rules as for ESNZ/NZPCA events. XC is run and scored under the same rules as for ESNZ/NZPCA events. NZPCA First Start rules apply to classes 20. 8. Gear Checks - per ESNZ rules or elimination. No whips for dressage as per ESNZ test rules. Dressage test may only be called for the First Start, 65cm & 80cm classes. 9. Riders must wear correct attire for all phases. Pony Club uniform acceptable. Long hair must be tied up, preferably in a hair net. 10. Only horses or ponies entered/competing are allowed on the grounds. 11. Hard hats must be worn in all phases – All helmets must have an NZPCA/ESNZ approved tag attached. Untagged helmets can be tagged if compliant when collecting a back number if we have enough tags. If you are already tagged, there is no need to present your helmet for inspection when collecting back numbers. 12. Back protectors are compulsory for the cross country and must meet the new minimum standard effective from August 2020 for Body Protectors (BETA EN13158 2009/2018 Level 3 or ASTM F1937). These may also be worn for all Jumping phases. Riders must be wearing the back protector they are competing in for gear check, cross country warm up and while competing on the cross country. 13. Non Pony Club riders must complete a casual membership form. 14. The NZEF Doping Policy applies to horses and riders. Refer NZPCA Rule Book. 15. The event will be subject to the Fair Play Charter and Code Of Conduct. The NZPCA Yellow Report Form will be in place on the day. 16. Concussion Rule – Riders who have had a fall in the last three weeks and suffered concussion are not eligible to start any ODE without a doctor’s certificate. NZPCA Green Card is also in place. Riders suspected of receiving a concussion at this event will be issued a NZPCA Green Card. 17. Competitors, helpers and spectators enter the grounds and ride at their own risk. Roydvale Pony Club accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to property, horse or pony, rider or spectator. Any competitor who requires medical or vet attention may receive invoices from that provider for the cost of their services administered at the event. 18. No dogs. The presence of a dog on the grounds will result in a $50 fine. 19. A vet will be on site for the 105cm Cross Country and On Call otherwise. Medical cover will be on site. 20. The event will be held wet or fine – no cancellations. 21. 75% of Entry Fees will be refunded with a Vet Certificate for the horse entered or Medical Certificate for the rider entered if emailed to [email protected] within 7 days of the competition. 22. Schedule will be available Online from Thursday prior to the event. Please print your own and bring with you on the day. Running Order will be strictly adhered to. Courses will be open from 10am Friday prior to the event for walking. 23. Back Number Holders - please bring your own and PRINT your OWN numbers as sent. All riders to report to clubrooms even if using own numbers to check in. 24. Once your entry has been submitted all changes must be communicated to the Event Secretary BY EMAIL [email protected] . No phone calls or private message please, these are difficult to track. |
